Electrocardiographic vapor

Imagine if the Sun were at the farthest ends
of our universe this would mean
the map we've drawn of it
would have to be
re-adjusted
once again.
That's the history of
cartography in a nutshell,
keeping up with the ever changing
formulations and hypotheses of the priesthood
and its associated clergy. But honestly
the edge of the Kuiper belt is
so far out there that to try
to fathom its relation
to the even further
distance of the
Oort cloud
and through
to it's final ragged
end, we traverse a distance
so great as to exceed even our
own capacity to be staggered.
But what does it really matter
how we feel about any given thing
decreed by our need to feed on ourselves'
imaginations that has gotten the best of us
across this nation with the rest
of our best intentions done
with our own definitions?
While the map may not
be the territory exactly
that doesn't mean that
it's any less tangible
or real to us all here
who depend on it
more every day
of modern life
honing itself
down to a
sharper
razor
fine
tip
of
a
.
